Terms of Service for Fussilat Academy

1. Class Attendance:

   • Students and teachers are expected to be punctual for online classes, with no delays tolerated except for emergencies.

2. Dress Code:

   • Students must adhere to modest attire suitable for Quran classes.

3. Rearranged and Makeup Classes:

   • Students must notify the teacher  at least 4 hours before the class if unable to attend. Makeup classes are limited to three per month, except for sudden illness or family emergencies.

4. Teacher Punctuality:

   • In rare cases of teacher absence or lateness, students should message the teacher  and await makeup arrangements.

5. Number of Monthly Classes/Hours:

   • Class frequency is agreed upon upon enrollment. Changes to the study plan must be communicated to info@fussilatacademy.com or through the Live Chat icon.

6. Quality Control:

   • Regular monitoring ensures high-quality learning through attendance records, teacher training, feedback, and quarterly progress reports.

7. Reports:

   • Teachers provide class times and summaries after each session. Quarterly progress reports are sent to parents for review.

8. Rating and Feedback:

   • Feedback is crucial for improving our service. Our Quality department seeks input from students to enhance their learning experience.

9. Privacy Policy:

   • All personal information is confidential and protected. Communication via Academy-provided email is the official channel.

10. Payment Policy:

    • Subscriptions must be paid after a successful trial lesson and before the next lesson. Monthly subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled.

11. Refund Policy:

    • Unsatisfied students can request a 100% refund for unused classes by notifying info@fussilatacademy.com or Whatsapp chat group two days prior to cessation.

12. Public Holidays:

    • Eid Adha and Eid Fitr holidays are observed with no classes conducted during these breaks.

13. Studying in the Academy Only:

    • Studying with teachers outside of the Academy is prohibited.

14. Leaving the Academy:

    • Students wishing to leave the Academy should notify info@fussilatacademy.com or Whatsapp chat group at least two days in advance, stating the reason for departure.
